Civil Engineering Design
LSW Surveyors have several Civil Engineers to undertake in-house road and stormwater drainage designs, water reticulation design and sewer reticulation designs for Council/ Certifier construction approval. In addition we also undertake stormwater strategies for DA’s, Erosion and Sediment Control Plans and Traffic Control Plans.
The firm’s consulting Civil Engineers will follow these projects from conceptual DA to detailed construction approval, through to project management, contract supervision during the course of the civil construction.
Property & Land Boundary Surveys
LSW Surveyors have several Registered Surveyors, graduate Surveyors and survey technicians to undertake all surveying types including property (detail and contour surveys, pegout surveys), building (identification surveys, setout surveys, BOMA lease surveys) and all types of residential, strata and community title subdivisions. We undertake many Engineering surveys for infrastructure projects as well as work-as-executed surveys.
Land Development Consultancy
Given our extensive experience and the advantage of our multi-disciplinary firm, we specialise in land developments, particularly land subdivisions. From inception and the initial detail survey, to concept layouts, designs and Portal DA lodgement, Council and stakeholder engagement and negotiation, through detailed construction designs, tendering process, project management, contract supervision, and finally subdivision through to the registration of titles, LSW Surveyors are there every step of the way to guide the project through to successful completion. We regularly liaise with other specialist consultants to bring about the best outcome for the project and client.
Water Quality Design
Given the pristine waters of the Great Lakes and Manning, LSW Surveyors specialise in Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) including MUSIC Stormwater Quality modelling and detailed construction plans for water quality measures, as well as supervision and inspections during construction.
We also undertake stormwater detention (including Onsite Detention design) designs for any scale of project.
