This project is located on the Mid North Coast overlooking fantastic Diamond Beach. LSW were the prime consultants for this site undertaking the urban planning, survey, civil engineering and project management with the utilisation of specialist urban and demographic planners, water quality engineers, geotechnical engineers, landscape architect, ecological consultants and bushfire consultants.
This is an outstanding development site which has won numerous awards (including UDIA Award For Excellence 'Best urban design in NSW Regions & ACT') and will become a model of how to balance the conflicting constraints of Council and Government bodies, community expectations, ecological issues and economic returns.
